SUPPORT STAFF POSITIONS

SUBSTITUTE STAFF - Please review each document, complete as necessary and forward these and required paperwork to Human Resources.
- Application Instructions
- FOIP Letter (Teacher/Support Staff)
- Resume/Cover Letter with a minimum of 3 supporting references (Teacher/Support Staff)
- Copy of Teaching Certificate (Teacher)
- Copy of TQS (Teacher)
- Verification of Employment (Teacher)
- Original Criminal Record Check (dated within one year) (Teacher/Support Staff)
- Original Child Welfare Check (dated within one year) (Teacher/Support Staff)
NEW TEACHERS that recently graduated (Alberta only)
- Get a letter from the Registrar citing that you have met all the application requirements for your Teacher Certification.
- Get an Offer of Employment from PHRD stating that we have offered you employment.
- Get a letter from the Dean of Education stating that you have met all requirements for certification.
- Combination of all three letters allows you to teach 90 days while waiting for the recommendation from the Dean to issue your interim certificate.
Should you be successful on your placement on the Substitution List, the following documents will be required:
- Direct Deposit Form
- 2010 TD1 Form
- 2010 TD1AB Form
- Employee Code of Ethics
- Technology Acceptable Use Agreement Form
- Technology Acceptable Use Policy
- ASEBP - Benefit Plan Letter (OPTIONAL) to be submitted after you receive confirmation of being on the Sub List and activated on payroll by working.
