The Learning Technology Services department is tasked with managing and maintaining the information technology infrastructure of the Pembina Hills School Division. These tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Installation and repair of all computer hardware (Macintosh and PC)
• Installation and troubleshooting of all computer software (Macintosh and PC)
• Management of district Wide Area Network (via the Alberta SuperNet)
  • Supernet
• Management of individual school Local Area Networks
• Management and maintenance of disctrict-wide Voice Over IP telephony system
• Management and maintenance of district video conferencing systems
• Providing technical expertise to school administrators, division trustees, and Pembina Hills technical committees
• Staffing of the division-wide helpdesk
• Staff training
• Building Help Documentation for staff
• Maintenance of Pembina Hills district web site
